The rate card is on the pricing page. Several areas are quoted together on one proposal, one rate for the whole footprint, month to month; the per-area figure above is indicative. How multi-area plans work.
How to pick the unit of value
Security, alarm and monitoring teams count RMR. A new account is worth its monthly recurring revenue times the months it stays, and the number a branch manager reports upward is net new RMR for the quarter. Enter the monthly figure and your typical contract length; the calculator shows the first year and the lifetime side by side.
HVAC, fire protection and elevator teams count maintenance agreements. The unit is the annual agreement, and the value sits in the renewals: a three-year term is three agreements, not one. Enter the yearly agreement value and the months you expect it to renew for.
Commercial cleaning teams count contract value, usually quoted per month and priced from the square footage. Enter the monthly contract value and the months it typically runs. One-off project value is for construction, roofing and other trades where the job closes once: a permit or a filing turns into a single project, so the term field is hidden and the first-year and lifetime figures are the same.

Account value: questions
What is a good cost per account for a field service company?
There is no industry figure; the useful comparison is the account's lifetime value against what you paid to source it. A $1,500-a-month recurring account kept for three years is $54,000; if the feed that produced it costs $16,800 a year for one area and produces four accounts, the cost per account is $4,200.
Does the calculator include sales time?
No. It compares revenue added with the feed cost only. Add your reps' time if you want a fully loaded figure; the feed replaces the research hours, not the selling hours.
Is this calculator a quote?
No. Your rate is set by the size of each area you cover and arrives on a proposal with 3 to 5 sample leads within 24 hours of the intake.
