B2B leads for UK field service companies, from planning applications, Companies House and public records

Tell us what you do and where. Developers, occupiers, landlords and public bodies, not homeowners. We read the UK public record daily, match every permission, notice, filing and tender to the company behind it, and send you only the ones that fit what you do. Priced in pounds.

The UK records we read

Four sources are wired up on every UK market in your first week. Each one is public, dated and specific to one site or one company.

  • Planning registers. Every local planning authority publishes its applications and decisions. We read the registers daily: full permissions, reserved matters, amendments, discharge of conditions, listed building consent, with the applicant and the agent named on the record.
  • Demolition notifications. A demolition notice under the Building Act tells you a building is about to stand empty and a site is about to open. Published by the council alongside planning.
  • Companies House. New incorporations by SIC code and registered office changes in your postcodes, which is how a new commercial occupier shows up before it has a website.
  • Contracts Finder and Find a Tender. Published public-sector notices, council, NHS, education and housing, where the timing of the notice is most of the advantage.

Added per trade, where the area justifies it

  • HM Land Registry. Price paid data and the corporate ownership dataset: commercial sites and buildings changing hands, with the buying company named.
  • Food hygiene register (FSA). New food businesses awaiting their first inspection: restaurants, cafes and kitchens opening in your area.
  • Premises and HMO licensing. Council licence registers: new premises licences, and HMO licences that carry fire alarm and electrical obligations.
  • CQC registrations. Care homes, clinics and surgeries registering or changing provider.
  • Non-domestic EPC register. Energy certificates on commercial buildings, and the ratings that minimum energy standards make a landlord act on.

Every area and its sources

Compliance. Every UK lead names a company and the person at it who awards the work, taken from the public record and verified against the company’s own domain where possible. For your outreach you are the controller under UK GDPR, and PECR applies to how you contact people: as a rule, corporate email addresses can be marketed to with a clear opt-out, while sole traders and partnerships count as individuals and need more care. We label anything unproven rather than hide it, and we never sell homeowner data.

UK questions

Do you cover the UK?

Yes. England, Scotland and Wales, billed in pounds. Northern Ireland runs a separate planning portal; ask and we will scope it. Tell us what you do and the area you serve, and within 24 hours you get a proposal with your exact rate and 3 to 5 sample leads from your own area, before you pay anything.

Which UK public records do you read?

Four on every market in the first week: the local planning registers (daily, with the applicant and agent named), demolition notifications, Companies House incorporations and registered office changes, and Contracts Finder and Find a Tender. Land Registry, the food hygiene register, premises and HMO licensing, CQC registrations and the non-domestic EPC register are added per trade where the area justifies it.

What does it cost in pounds?

Three bands, set only by the size of the area: £600 a month for a small area such as Doncaster, £1,050 for a medium one such as Bristol or Sheffield, £1,500 for a large one such as Greater Manchester or London. One plan covers every service you provide. Month to month with 30 days' notice, no setup fee.

How many leads does a UK area produce?

It depends on the register and on what you do, which is why we count before you pay: the planning register for your area and trade, plus the other sources, over a recent month. A small area produces fewer, and is priced as a small area.

How is this different from Glenigan, Barbour ABI or a planning alert service?

They sell the same feed to every subscriber: Glenigan and Barbour ABI as a project database on an annual contract, the alert services as the register filtered by keyword. We read every source in your area and send only the records that fit what you told us you do, with the person who awards the work verified. See the comparison page for the six services side by side.

Is it compliant with UK GDPR and PECR?

For your outreach you are the controller under UK GDPR, and PECR applies to how you contact people: as a rule, corporate email addresses can be marketed to with a clear opt-out, while sole traders and partnerships count as individuals and need more care.
