B2B leads from public records, for field service companies. Built around what you do.
Tell us what you do and where. We read every public source in your area, every day, building permits, code violations, registrations, deeds, planning, and send you only the records worth a call, with the person to call. Management companies, building owners and businesses, not homeowners.
HVAC · Masonry · Security & CCTV · Waste & recycling · Fire protection · Plumbing · Electrical · Roofing · Cleaning
FieldClients is a tailored lead service for contractors and field service companies in the United States and the United Kingdom. We read every public source in your area every day: building permits, code violations, certificates of occupancy and many more. We send you only the records worth a call, each with a verified decision-maker.
- Leads from public records, not homeowner form fills
- Verified decision-maker email on every lead, company phone where listed
- $800 to $2,000 a month by area
From public record to a lead worth your call
You tell us once. We read daily. You get accounts that need your trade, with verified contacts and a documented, dated reason to reach out. You're not working a list; you're showing up because something just happened to their building.
What you do, and where
Two fields, no call. Within 24 hours you get a proposal with your exact rate and 3 to 5 sample leads from your own area.
Every source, every day
Permits, violations, registrations, occupancy certificates, deeds, licences, planning registers and tenders, matched to the account behind each building.
Your records, your buyer
Each record is checked against what you told us: services, buyers, size, patch. The decision-maker is found and the email verified. Company phone where listed.
One email a day
Only the records worth a call, with the account, the record, the reason and the person. Nothing to configure, ever.
A feed sends everyone everything. We send you yours.
Every source we can read in your area goes in. What comes out is decided by what you told us about your business when we set the feed up.
Every source, not one
Permits are one record. Violations, registrations, occupancy certificates, deeds, licences and tenders are the rest, and the account behind the building is the join between them.
Fewer records, more that matter
Your services, your buyers, your area, your minimum size. A lead reaches you because it fits, not because it exists. One email a day, or none on a day with nothing worth your time.
Nothing to learn
No portal, no filters, no exports. We set the feed up once from what you tell us, then it arrives in your inbox with the account, the record, the reason and the person.
One plan. Priced by the area, not by what you sell.
One management-company account is worth years of recurring work. The plan pays for itself with a single close, and it costs the same whatever services you provide.
- Every public source in your area, read daily
- A feed built from what you tell us you do
- Only the records worth a call, in your inbox
- B2B accounts, not homeowners
- A verified decision-maker email on every lead
- Company phone where one is listed
Homeowner leads buy a job. Accounts buy for years.
Consumer lead marketplaces
- Homeowner jobs: one repair, then gone
- The same generic feed for everyone, from one source
- You pay per lead whether it answers or not
- Generic contacts: web forms, front desks, dead ends
The FieldClients feed
- B2B accounts: portfolios, contracts, repeat work
- A feed built around what you do, not a generic list
- Every lead has a dated, documented reason to reach out
- Verified decision-makers, email on every lead, company phone where listed
Fair questions
What exactly is a "signal"?
A public, dated event that predicts a purchase in your trade. A heat violation opened against a building. A new managing agent registered on a portfolio. A demolition permit issued. A boiler passing the 20-year mark. Each one means a business needs a contractor, soon, and most of your competitors never see it.
How is this different from a permit feed?
A feed sends everyone everything from one source, and you sift it. We read every public source in your area, sift it against what you told us you do, and send only the records worth a call, with the person to call. You get fewer records, and more of them matter.
Is there a demo?
No. Tell us what you do and where, and within 24 hours you get a proposal with your exact rate and 3 to 5 sample leads pulled from your own area, so you judge the quality before you pay anything. The full feed starts within seven days of you saying yes.
Do leads include phone numbers?
Every lead ships with a verified decision-maker email. Where a company phone is listed in public or business records, it's included. Personal direct dials are rare in this world and we don't pretend otherwise: email plus the account context is how the first touch usually lands; the phone is there when it exists.
Where does the data come from?
Government open-data sources: housing and rental registries, building department permit filings, code violation records, complaint databases, equipment and energy compliance filings, business registries, and in the UK planning registers, demolition notices, Companies House and public tenders. All public, all legal. The work is reading all of them daily and sending you only yours.
Do my competitors get the same leads?
A lead can reach more than one client when two clients in the same area want the same kind of account. Tailoring keeps that rare: different services, sizes and areas rarely want the same record. And we tell you when your area is getting crowded for what you sell.
What does it cost?
$800, $1,400 or $2,000 a month, set only by the size of the area you cover, whatever you sell. Month to month, no setup fee, no annual plan. UK clients are billed in pounds.
Where do you operate?
The United States and the United Kingdom. Sources differ from area to area, which is why the feed is built per client: see the areas we read and their sources, and the UK pages. Not listed? Tell us the area and we scope the sources.
Do you guarantee results?
We guarantee the feed: sources read daily, records sifted against what you told us, a verified decision-maker on every lead, and a feed set up around what you told us before the first batch. It is month to month, so you can judge it on your own area and walk away any time it isn't worth working.
Who is behind this?
FieldClients is built by a team that has spent years building revenue and data automation for US service businesses. We build lead machinery for a living; this is the one we run for you.
The paperwork is already public. Somebody will call first.
