n8n is the source-available automation platform that a growing share of field service back offices run on: the layer that moves a closed job into an invoice, a new lead into the CRM, a completed inspection into a review request, without anyone re-keying it. “n8n agency” is searched 720 times a month in the US. n8n’s partner directory lists 48 partners worldwide, and most do not say which country they are in. This list is the five we could verify as serving US companies, with what each one builds, where it is, its n8n status and its published price where one exists.

1. 2V Automation
Certified n8n Expert Partner, listed in n8n’s partner directory as a system integrator “building production-grade automation infrastructure”. The team is based in Lisbon and New York and works US hours. Its engagement runs in two steps: an Automation Discovery Week at $2,000 for teams of 1 to 20 people or $4,000 for 21 to 50, which produces a specification of what to build and in what order, then each system built as a fixed-price project at $6,000 to $18,000, typically three to six weeks, with maintenance quoted after a build is live rather than up front.
Why it is first, apart from the connection: the FieldClients pipeline is a 2V build. It reads permits, violations, occupancy certificates, deed transfers, planning registers and Companies House filings every day across US and UK areas, matches each record to the account behind it, verifies a decision-maker and sends one email a day per client. That is the kind of system a field service company actually needs from an n8n agency: many sources, a matching step, a verification step, a daily run that does not fall over. We run on it.
The limit worth stating: 2V builds systems. If what you want is a single Zap-style workflow, a $6,000 minimum is the wrong shape and a cheaper shop, or an afternoon on n8n yourself, is the right answer.
2. Bitovi
A Chicago-area consultancy (Libertyville, Illinois) that describes itself as “Certified n8n Expert Partners” and appears in the n8n directory. Its n8n page covers the full arc, “from strategy and design to implementation, optimization, and enablement”, for “a fast-moving startup or a global enterprise”, and it offers a free 30-minute discovery session before any audit. Bitovi is a software consultancy first, with frontend, backend and DevOps practices alongside n8n, and it builds custom n8n nodes, which matters if your field service software has no ready-made integration. No published price; engagements are scoped per project. The fit for a field service company: an operator with an engineering lead who wants automations built to be maintained, not just switched on.
3. n8n Lab
The top Google result for “n8n agency” in the US, with pages for New York and Texas among seven regional pages; the site does not state a headquarters. It is the most transparent on price of any agency here: a free 30-day starter, a $1,000 n8n Cloud setup (the n8n subscription billed separately), a $1,500 self-hosted installation with server hardening, individual workflows and AI agents from $150 an hour, and a fully outsourced automation department at $15,000 to $30,000 a month. Its stated work is “production-grade n8n automations and AI agents for sales, marketing and operations teams”: lead enrichment, scoring and routing, AI follow-ups and meeting booking, invoice capture. Construction is one of the nine industries it names. It was not in n8n’s partner directory when we checked. Fit: a company that wants a fixed-price setup first and knows what it wants automated.
4. Mpire Solutions
Boston, Massachusetts (251 Heath St). Mpire is a broad development shop with a dedicated n8n practice covering integrations and chatbot development, aimed at “mid-market Marketing and IT teams”: lead routing, campaign triggers, data sync, alerting, ticket assignment, provisioning. Its industry list runs from healthcare to logistics and manufacturing, with no field service trade named. Pricing is by custom quote; the page notes that n8n’s own cloud plan starts at €20 a month and self-hosting is free, which is a fair reminder that the platform cost is not where the money goes. Not in the n8n directory at the time of writing. Fit: a mid-size company where marketing and IT own the automation budget and want one vendor for both.
5. TrueHorizon AI
Boston, Massachusetts (One Longfellow Place). Listed in n8n’s directory as an AI consulting agency “building autonomous AI-agentic systems”, and its site carries the n8n Expert Partner mark. The client names it shows, Avalara, Topgolf, JPMorgan, Barkbox, are enterprise, and its pitch is organization-wide: “From Sales to Operations to Finance”. No published price. Fit: a larger field service operator, a franchise system or a multi-region company that wants an AI agent programme rather than a set of workflows, and has the budget an enterprise-facing shop expects.
How to choose, if you run a field service company
Four questions sort these five faster than any ranking.
- Is it a system or a workflow? One trigger, one action, one tool: build it yourself in an afternoon, or pay n8n Lab’s hourly rate. Many sources feeding one process that has to run every day: that is a system, and it is what 2V and Bitovi are shaped for.
- Who maintains it when an API changes? Ask every agency what happens the month after handover and what it costs. 2V quotes maintenance after the build is live; the others quote per project.
- Does the agency’s proof look like your business? None of the five publishes a field service case study except the one you are reading, which is a 2V build for a company that shares its owner. Ask for a reference in your trade and expect to hear “no” more than once.
- Cloud or self-hosted? If your job data cannot leave your own servers, ask for self-hosted from the start; n8n Lab prices it separately and Bitovi’s page talks about “scalable and secure deployments” for enterprise.
What this list is not
It is not a ranking of every n8n agency in the country. n8n’s directory shows 48 partners and most of them do not say where they are; we listed the ones we could place in the United States from their own sites. It is not independent about the first entry, and it says so. And it is not a recommendation to automate before you have the work: an automation agency makes a busy office faster, and a quiet one no busier. If the problem is the pipeline of accounts rather than the paperwork behind them, that is a different job, and it is the one FieldClients does.
