UK electrical contractor leads from planning applications, EV charging consents and HMO licensing
A new building is a first fix. An EV charging consent on a car park is an installation. An HMO licence is an EICR the landlord must produce. Each is on a public register with a company named, and each is electrical work about to be let.

The UK signals we watch
Each one is a public, dated record that predicts electrical work, and a documented reason to get in touch this week.
New build and change of use
A scheme clears planning or a commercial building changes use.
The electrical package is priced after consent; on conversions the wiring is replaced.
EV charging and solar consents
Charge points on commercial car parks or rooftop solar clear planning or prior approval.
An installation with a known site and a named applicant, often a multi-site operator.
HMO licences
A landlord licenses an HMO, or a conversion to an HMO clears planning.
An electrical installation condition report and often a rewire are licence conditions with a deadline.
Public electrical tenders
A council or housing association publishes an EICR programme, rewiring or lighting lot.
Programme work across hundreds of properties, where the notice date is the lead.
Companies House: new occupiers
A company incorporates or moves into commercial premises in your postcodes.
Fit-out electrics, data cabling and testing before staff arrive.

Where the records come from
- Planning registers. Every local planning authority publishes its applications and decisions. We read the registers daily: full permissions, reserved matters, amendments, discharge of conditions, listed building consent, with the applicant and the agent named on the record.
- Demolition notifications. A demolition notice under the Building Act tells you a building is about to stand empty and a site is about to open. Published by the council alongside planning.
- Companies House. New incorporations by SIC code and registered office changes in your postcodes, which is how a new commercial occupier shows up before it has a website.
- Contracts Finder and Find a Tender. Published public-sector notices, council, NHS, education and housing, where the timing of the notice is most of the advantage.
UK electrical questions
Which records predict electrical work in the UK?
Planning decisions for new builds, conversions, EV charging and solar; HMO licence registers, which carry an EICR obligation; Companies House registered office changes for new occupiers; and public tenders for EICR and rewiring programmes.
Are HMO landlords individuals or companies?
Both. Where the licence holder is a company we deliver the company and a verified decision-maker email. Where it is an individual we say so and you decide how to approach it under PECR. We never sell homeowner data.
What does a UK electrical plan cost?
£600 a month for a small area such as Doncaster, £1,050 for a medium one such as Bristol or Sheffield, £1,500 for a large one such as Greater Manchester or London. One plan covers every service you provide; only the size of the area moves the price. Month to month with 30 days' notice, no setup fee. Tell us what you do and the area, and within 24 hours you get a proposal with your exact rate and 3 to 5 sample leads from your own area, before you pay anything.
How is the feed built for a UK electrical company?
You tell us what you do and where. We work out which of the four UK records predict electrical work in your area, read them daily, and send only the ones that fit what you told us. England, Scotland and Wales; Northern Ireland on request.
