UK plumbing and heating leads from planning applications, HMO conversions and tenders

A conversion to flats is a set of new bathrooms and a new heating system. A change of use to a cafe is a commercial kitchen. A care home registration is a hot water system with a compliance regime. Each is on a public register with a company on it.

Where the records come from

  • Planning registers. Every local planning authority publishes its applications and decisions. We read the registers daily: full permissions, reserved matters, amendments, discharge of conditions, listed building consent, with the applicant and the agent named on the record.
  • Demolition notifications. A demolition notice under the Building Act tells you a building is about to stand empty and a site is about to open. Published by the council alongside planning.
  • Companies House. New incorporations by SIC code and registered office changes in your postcodes, which is how a new commercial occupier shows up before it has a website.
  • Contracts Finder and Find a Tender. Published public-sector notices, council, NHS, education and housing, where the timing of the notice is most of the advantage.
Compliance. Every UK lead names a company and the person at it who awards the work, taken from the public record and verified against the company’s own domain where possible. For your outreach you are the controller under UK GDPR, and PECR applies to how you contact people: as a rule, corporate email addresses can be marketed to with a clear opt-out, while sole traders and partnerships count as individuals and need more care. We label anything unproven rather than hide it, and we never sell homeowner data.

UK plumbing questions

Are these emergency call-outs or contracts?

Contracts and projects. The records are planning decisions, licences, registrations and tenders, so the work is a conversion, a fit-out, a compliance programme or a maintenance contract, not a burst pipe.

How do I reach the right person on a conversion?

The applicant and agent are on the planning record; the licence holder is on the HMO register. We match the record to the company, find the person who awards the work and verify their email. Company phone where listed.

What does a UK plumbing plan cost?

£600 a month for a small area such as Doncaster, £1,050 for a medium one such as Bristol or Sheffield, £1,500 for a large one such as Greater Manchester or London. One plan covers every service you provide; only the size of the area moves the price. Month to month with 30 days' notice, no setup fee. Tell us what you do and the area, and within 24 hours you get a proposal with your exact rate and 3 to 5 sample leads from your own area, before you pay anything.

How is the feed built for a UK plumbing company?

You tell us what you do and where. We work out which of the four UK records predict plumbing work in your area, read them daily, and send only the ones that fit what you told us. England, Scotland and Wales; Northern Ireland on request.

Want plumbing in your area counted?

Tell us what you do and the area. We read the register, count what it produces for a company like yours, and quote the band before you pay anything.
